RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

At Baytul Hayaa, we want you to feel confident in every abaya. We strictly offer exchanges only — no refunds.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery (UK only).

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached. If the tag is removed, returns will strictly not be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items cannot be exchanged.

To exchange, email info@baytulhayaa.com with your order number and details. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once received and inspected, your replacement will be sent promptly.

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellations
Orders may not be cancellable once placed due to system automation. For changes, such as size adjustments, email us at info@baytulhayaa.org  within 1 day of ordering, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Liability
Baytul Hayaa is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit. Customers should contact the courier directly for any issues. We do not provide transit insurance and cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items
All abayas are hand-packed with care and thoroughly inspected before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days. After inspection, a replacement or exchange will be offered if criterias are met.
